The Glass (Soundfont and wave samples) PDF

The Glass SoundFont in SF2 format is based on various samples of blown glasses (not the moulded type) and a couple of lead crystal wine and brandy glass.

The Glass
In the font you will find one bank with three presets – the first is best played in the lower range – it’s various samples of a glass being resonated by running a finger around the rim until the glass sings. You will find different tones at different octave ranges.

The second preset is one shots of water being poured into a couple of the lager vessels.

The third is glass taps, that can be played like a plucked instrument.

The contents of this archive includes the sound font, Plus this readme and the image of the glasses that was sampled (the red one was the best for the resonance)
