Balloon Noise is a collection of 24 bit 44.1 samples (originally recorded at 32/96 then, trimmed, normalized to 98% and converted)
The balloon used is of the rocket type, once inflated you are supposed to let go and see wiz about. (the picture shows the exact balloon used, the tube to inflate and the brass pin used to pop it, that sample is not in this archive)
The samples range from tension noise to inflation and deflation, plus a couple of hollow taps – that actually sound pretty cool
The contents of this archive includes 14 24 bit wave files, plus this readme.
